Tomas

My name is Tomas and I study design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Painting is not only a hobby for me, but also a way to relax after a demanding week and a way to support myself during my studies. In my work, I strive to capture subjects realistically using oil paints, while always adding something extra – elements of my own personal painting style. I enjoy experimenting with new compositions, techniques, and color combinations, which sometimes leads to failed attempts, but far more often to original and rewarding results. I also devote time to photography and other art forms that open up even more possibilities for self-expression. Working with PaintPeople allows me to share my love for art, grow as an artist, and gain experience that I see as valuable preparation for my future goal of teaching at an art school.
